The difficulty may appear in a relationship, at work, in leadership, in business, within the family, in health-related behaviours, or in the way a person experiences themselves. Some people arrive feeling stuck. Others find themselves repeating the same patterns, facing the same conflicts, making the same decisions, or responding to situations in ways that no longer serve them.

My work involves creating a space where these experiences can be explored with curiosity, attention, and honesty.

Depending on the nature of the issue, the work may involve conversation, reflection, structured exploration, or specific interventions.The objective is not to direct a person towards a predetermined outcome, but to help them recognise possibilities, develop greater behavioural flexibility, and expand their available choices."

Many challenges that appear to be business, leadership, or performance issues are rarely confined to a single area of life. Decision-making, relationships, communication, conflict, stress, family dynamics, personal beliefs, habits, and emotional responses often influence one another in ways that are not immediately visible.


I work with entrepreneurs, business owners, senior professionals, leadership teams, and individuals carrying significant responsibility. Conversations may involve performance, leadership effectiveness, succession, workplace relationships, conflict, strategic decisions, personal transitions, work-life participation, and the ways in which personal and professional experiences affect one another.


Corporate engagements may be initiated by organisations, leadership teams, business owners, or individual entrepreneurs.

Systemic Work (Families & Couples)

The work is in locating individual character impediments within the family systems and structure; making visible the hidden rules, generational hierarchy and permissions that bind it; and addressing the suffering that emerges when systemic demands like, sacrifice, gender, intimacy, spirituality, conflict with the individual's growth or truth.

One to One Individual Work

D1 Grief and Trauma Integration :
Holding and exploring grief and traumatic impact until the client is ready to move. Working with fear, phobia, addiction, allergies and the splits where memory keeps them stuck in time, restoring capacity for everyday life through empathy, pacing and nervous system attunement.

D2 Character and Relation Attunement :
Working with character impediments that limit relational effectiveness like, difficulty asserting boundaries, exhibiting empathy, communicating need or hurt, and the behavioural inflexibility that follows. Addressing low self-worth, neurotic restlessness and the sense of unsafety that distorts how a person meets the world.

Working with Individuals, Couples and Families​

People seek support for a wide range of concerns, including relationship difficulties, couples counselling, fears, phobias, allergies, recurring conflicts, behavioural patterns, emotional distress, traumatic impacts, life transitions, communication difficulties, and a general sense of feeling stuck. At times the concern is clearly defined. At other times people are aware that something is not working, yet find it difficult to identify exactly what maintains the difficulty. Together we examine the situation, the patterns surrounding it, and the possibilities that may become available when those patterns are understood more clearly.
For individuals seeking personal coaching, counselling, or intervention work, available dates are released periodically throughout the year.

My Approach​​​

"My work is informed by humanistic approaches, Gestalt psychology, and the principles and presuppositions of Neuro-Linguistics. Equally important are the many years of learning that emerge through experience, mentorship, training, observation, and direct work with people from diverse backgrounds and contexts. No single model is applied to every person. The approach is shaped by the individual, the circumstances they bring, and what appears most useful at that point in time.
I do not ordinarily work with clinical psychiatric cases. Where appropriate, and following referral or collaboration with the treating clinician or medical practitioner, work may continue as part of an ongoing process of support."
