Guided Breathing Pattern

Welcome to an intentional high impact breathing pattern to release unwanted emotions stored in the body. As you breath through the guided path, the process of healing goes past cognitive understanding, deactivating the sympathetic nervous system, the autonomous nervous system is divided in two part Sympathetic & Para S nervous system. For those of us with trauma sympathetic nervous system activates the Fold, Fight, Flight, Freeze response install the Neuromuscular lock. This Breathing Pattern restores the body to a state of calm and manages the state.

Controlled breathing helps you to reduce stress, anxiety, pain, improves immunity, it releases toxins, improves sleep, releases muscle tension due to emotional baggage. It also improves digestion, gut health, lowers blood pressure & acts as a catalytic function in overcoming addiction, eases & softens memory & impact trauma & PTSD.
